Refund policy

We want you to love your mug from Animal Haus Design. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will replace it or issue a refund.

To start a return, email animalhausdesignsepc@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected (typically 5–10 business days).
